ERCOT SOUTH ZONE BESS PROJECT
Fractal Advisory, representing our client, BESS Power Corporation, invites reputable buyers to participate in the Project Lund process (the “Process”). This 407.5 MWac, 2-hour standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) project is located in Travis County, in the South Load Zone, of the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), with an expected In-Service Date in Q2 2027.
This is a limited-time sale process. Interested buyers willing to submit non-binding offers can request access to the process letter and Virtual Dataroom (VDR) by emailing Cyrus Etemadi at cyrus@fractaladvisory.com.
Please submit the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) ASAP. The Phase I NBO deadline is Friday, March 31st, 2025, at 5 pm CT.
Upon execution of the NDA, the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), Projects Model, Process Letter, and Phase I VDR will be made available to the respondents. The Process Letter provides the timing and guidelines for submitting non-binding offers to enter Phase II Due Diligence with our client.
