ERCOT HOUSTON ZONE BESS PROJECT
Fractal Advisory, on behalf of our client Hexagon Development, LLC, is pleased to invite qualified buyers to participate in the Project Foxtrot sale process (the “Process”). This process features a standalone 9.9 MWac, 2-hour Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) located in the Houston Load Zone, Texas (ERCOT), with an anticipated In-Service Date of Q2 2026. This is a time-sensitive opportunity for interested parties.
Buyers prepared to submit a Non-Binding Offer (NBO) may request the process letter and access to the Virtual Data Room (VDR) by contacting Sean Bruno at sean@fractaladvisory.com.
THE NBO DEADLINE HAS RECENTLY PASSED. THIS PROCESS IS STILL ACCEPTING OFFERS.
Upon execution of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), participants will receive the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), project model, and process letter, along with access to the VDR. The process letter outlines the timeline and guidelines for submitting non-binding offers, which will enable respondents to advance to Phase II Due Diligence with our client.
