ERCOT SOUTH STANDALONE BESS PORTFOLIO

Fractal Advisory, on behalf of our client PureSky Development Inc., is pleased to invite qualified buyers to participate in the Project Rio Grande sale process (the “Process”). This portfolio features five standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in the South Load Zone, in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), with an anticipated In-Service Date of Spring 2027. This is a time-sensitive opportunity for interested parties.

Upon execution of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), participants will receive the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), project model, and process letter, along with access to the VDR. The process letter outlines the timeline and guidelines for submitting non-binding offers, which will enable respondents to advance to Phase II Due Diligence with our client.
